Please return faulty items via registered mail. We’ll provide a refund for confirmed faulty items.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a product that you’re not happy with, please contact
us and return the garment by registered mail within 7 days from the date
you received the goods. We’ll confirm that the item/s are in saleable
condition and email you a credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to
credit you for the return shipping costs.

Baggo Stonetrip guarantees limited print runs of product ranges.
However, should you wish to buy and item that is out of stock, please
contact us to indicate your interest. We might do additional versions of
the most popular designs, and would be glad to alert you to the opening
of pre-orders for these.

We dispatch parcels on weekdays during working hours. We do not send parcels on South African public holidays.
We need a physical address and daytime contact number, as we deliver via courier service. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

incorrect shipping information. If you realise that the shipping
information is incorrect after completing the purchase, please contact
us asap with your purchase relevance and the correct shipping info.
